Well what can we say… warren farm was truly the perfect wedding venue for us! We had the most perfect stay! Sole use of the site made preparations really easy and stress free. Kate and James couldn’t have done any more to help us have the best day possible. All our loved ones young and old loved their cabins and canvas units, with all needs thoroughly met!. A highlight for our children was getting up close and personal to the very characterful animals! (There’s even a chicken on my daughters lap in our group photo!)
The views and scenery and stunning and the little touches everywhere you look truly make it a magical Mendip place to stay. We are already planning a return visit! Highly recommend, you won’t want to go home!
Have had such a relaxing, enjoyable weekend at Warren Farm. The Deer Leap log cabin suited our family perfectly, each child had their own room, toasty warm, comfortable, fully equipped with amazing views and right up close to the adorable lambs. The facilities on site were brilliant: honesty shop which sold delicious local produce and essentials, could borrow wellies (which we forgot), books and games. James was the best host and we really appreciated him sparing us his time giving us an informative tour of his farm. We will definitely book again for another stay.
We have just returned from a week at Warren farm, this is our third trip and in our opinion the best glamping you can find. Kate and James do a brilliant job and make everyone feel relaxed and at home. Our 3 children have a ball running wild and making lots of friends, as well as playing with the chickens and goats. Watching them play in the safe and relaxed environment is priceless. The honesty shop is well stocked and the kids really enjoyed having some treats. We hadn’t been glamping before and I was a little unsure when my husband announced he had booked 4 nights at Warren Farm with our 2 children and our dog and we would be taking our mini which meant travelling minimalist style.
Kate and James could not have been more helpful before we arrived, answering questions and being reassuring that we really didn’t need to bring much with us.
We received such a warm welcome and throughout our stay nothing was too much trouble for them. We are complete novices so needed help with the fire on the first night and they were so kind and patient.
Their honesty shop is fab and our 2 children quickly realised that they could get all types of sweets and crisps and add them to our bill. It is very reasonably priced and they really have thought of pretty much everything.
Warren Farm is a beautiful setting and our tent was beautiful. Luxurious and super comfortable and spacious. I am a 5 star luxury person and for me holidays aren’t endurance tests and are all about quality time and being comfortable or preferably enjoying some luxury and Warren Farm ticked all the boxes.
We loved having our own chicken coup for our stay and the beef stew was excellent and even our fussy children enjoyed it.
Cannot recommend Kate, James and Warren Farm highly enough. We shall be back and will stay for longer next time.
